Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Refund processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Non-returnable items: gift cards, final sale items, personal care products.
Exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
Customer pays return shipping unless the error is ours.
