Returns Policy

At Danny’s Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Please include your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personal care products (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (unless it was our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
